Delivery service

We offer a free delivery service on orders over £500 to mainland UK.

As soon as your order has been placed, we set to work preparing it for
delivery and endeavour to have it with you as soon as possible. We will be
in touch to arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Please see our
terms and conditions below for more details.

Below are our standard shipping rates:

Standard delivery Free on orders over £500

Orders for next day delivery (weekday only) must be placed before 11am the
day before.

Terms and Conditions

All deliveries are kerbside, so you will need to carry the goods into your
property. Please let us know if there are any potential access issues to
your address, as deliveries may be made in a large vehicle.

We advise against booking installers until you have taken delivery of your
new floor.

If your order arrives as arranged, but we’re unable to deliver because
there is noone home, the goods are refused, there is inadequate help
available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your
delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the
goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is
£XX or £XX per kg if the weight is over XXkg.

If you do not collect the goods from us as arranged or if, after a failed
delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from our
store, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for
storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable
efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection
we may end the contract.

Order not as expected

It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods.
In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing
items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. If you are
not able to inspect the goods at the point of delivery, contact us directly
as soon as possible so that we can resolve it swiftly.

Deliveries outside mainland UK

Customers outside of mainland UK may not be eligible for next day delivery
and may incur extra delivery charges.

Pallet Delivery

Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.
Therefore, our delivery rules are governed by health & safety guidelines for the benefit of both our drivers and our customers so that you receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.
